Activity Programme Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Activity Programme Coordinator to join our team at Methodist Homes. As an Activity Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a programme of activities for our residents, tailored to their assessed social needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a programme of activities that promote social interaction, stimulation, and engagement among residents.
- Work closely with the senior team to identify and meet the social needs of residents, ensuring a high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of activity participation and resident feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in activity coordination or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of older adult needs and preferences.
