About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Activities Assistant to join our team at MHA. As an Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for our residents, linked to their assessed social needs identified in care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the senior team to ensure that activities are aligned with the care plans and meet the social needs of our residents.
  • Maintain and promote activities that are enjoyable and stimulating for older adults.
