Quality Service Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in supporting elderly residents in the Clay Cross and Alfreton area.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. You will work alongside a friendly team of carers, providing personalized care and support tailored to each individual's needs.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Implement care plans to meet the specific requirements of residents, fostering their independence and quality of life.
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, with dignity and respect.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and beverages according to dietary needs and preferences.
  • Ensure the safe operation of mobility equipment and assistive devices.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for residents, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Administer basic medication as instructed, prioritizing accuracy and patient well-being.
Requirements:
  • A comprehensive CV highlighting your relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 12 months of paid care experience in a community, care home, or nursing setting within the UK.
  • An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service.
  • Mandatory training certificates relevant to the role, current within the past 12 months.
  • Two professional references covering a minimum of two years, including one from your most recent employer.
  • Reliable transportation or the ability to commute effectively to locations in both Clay Cross and Alfreton.
Compensation:

£11.44 per hour for hours worked between 07:00 and 19:00

£15.22 per hour for hours worked between 19:00 and 07:00

We offer flexible working arrangements, allowing you to choose the hours that best suit your schedule.
