Eploy Implementation and Training Expert

We are seeking an experienced Eploy Implementation and Training Expert to join our Implementation Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to new and existing customers, ensuring they get the most out of our software.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software training, with a minimum of five years of experience delivering training programs remotely and in-person to customers and stakeholders at all levels. A relevant qualification in L&D is highly desirable.
In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that both new and existing customers get the maximum value from our software. You will also be responsible for designing and delivering tailored and generic training packages, as well as updating existing help and training material.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative, time management, and communication skills, and will be able to travel throughout the UK to deliver in-person training. A competitive salary of £52,000-£62,000 per annum is offered for this exciting opportunity.
