About the Position
We are looking for a seasoned Software Implementation Trainer to join our expert team at Eploy. Our software powers the in-house recruitment processes of companies from 250 to over 100,000 employees. We also serve the public sector, universities, and recruitment agencies.

You will play a crucial role in our Implementation Services team, focusing on delivering high-quality training to new and existing customers. This involves developing user guides, eLearning materials, and video content.

As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with our Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure our customers maximize their Eploy system's potential. Your responsibilities will include traveling throughout the UK for in-person training sessions and working remotely when necessary.

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs across multiple platforms.
  2. Contribute to the development of training materials, including user guides and eLearning content.
  3. Support the Training Manager in maintaining and updating existing resources.
  4. Participate in in-person training sessions across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.

Key Qualifications:
At least five years of experience in software training delivery, with a focus on customer-facing roles. A degree or certification in L&D would be beneficial.

  1. Background in delivering training to diverse groups.
  2. Knowledge of ATS and familiarity with Recruitment/HR sectors.
  3. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  4. Ability to distill complex software concepts into engaging training content.
