Job Overview
Eploy seeks a talented CUSTOMER ONBOARDING EXPERT to enhance our Implementation Services team. Our software caters to large-scale recruitment processes across various industries, including public sector, universities, and recruitment agencies.

As a key contributor to our team, you will develop and deliver customized training programs to ensure seamless adoption of our platform by new and existing clients. This encompasses creating instructional guides, eLearning modules, and interactive videos.

In collaboration with our Customer Success and Account Management teams, you will guarantee that our customers derive maximum benefit from their Eploy investment. Your duties will involve extensive travel throughout the UK for in-person training sessions and remote work when necessary.

  1. Plan and execute comprehensive training initiatives, tailored to specific customer needs.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of training procedures.
  3. Work closely with the Training Manager to continually refine and improve existing resources.
  4. Engage in in-person training sessions across the UK, sometimes requiring overnight stays.

Required Skills:
Five years of experience in delivering software training, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Relevant qualifications in L&D would be advantageous.

  1. Prior experience in delivering training to diverse audiences.
  2. Understanding of ATS and knowledge of Recruitment/HR sectors.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  4. Ability to simplify complex software concepts into clear, concise training content.
