Job Title: Lead Software Engineer - Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer - Team Lead to join our client's growing development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of web applications using modern technologies such as React, PostgreSQL, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Stack Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using React, PostgreSQL, and other modern technologies.
  • DevOps and Deployment: Oversee the implementation of DevOps practices using platforms like Vercel, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment pipelines.
  • Content Management: Leverage Contentful to manage and deliver content across platforms, ensuring seamless integration with the web applications.
  • Project Management: Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and estimation processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA engineers to ensure all products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with React, PostgreSQL, Contentful, Vercel, and microservices architecture.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers, with strong skills in performance management and development planning.
  • DevOps: Solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience with continuous integration and deployment.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proficient in agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
