Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement software solutions, ensuring high standards of design and functionality while tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Write secure, efficient, and maintainable production code, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Create comprehensive architecture and design documentation for intricate applications, ensuring adherence to established design principles.
  • Analyze and visualize large datasets to drive continuous enhancements in software performance and reliability.
  • Identify and resolve underlying issues in data patterns, leveraging insights to improve coding practices and system architecture.
  • Engage with software engineering communities to explore and adopt emerging technologies.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Formal education or certification in software engineering principles, complemented by practical experience.
  • Proficient in UI development with a strong background in React, TypeScript, CSS, Micro FrontEnd Development, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with automation tools, including Automated Functional Testing and Test Driven Development (TDD), along with agile project management tools.
  • Understanding of user experience design principles, particularly responsive web design.
  • Hands-on experience in software engineering focused on customer-centric applications and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Practical knowledge in system design, application development, testing, and maintaining operational stability.
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining software in a corporate environment using modern programming languages and database query languages.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Solid grasp of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with contemporary front-end technologies.
  • Exposure to cloud computing solutions.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization tools.
