Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Monarch Water. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our field service and site operations, including managing budgets, optimizing processes, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

You will also work closely with our commercial and finance teams to develop and implement sales, inventory, and operations planning (SI&OP) processes to ensure timely delivery of products and services to our customers. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring technical support and training is delivered across the business and to our Accredited Installer Network.

A competitive salary of £90,000 - £105,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience. The company offers 25 days holiday + bank holidays, ongoing training and career progression, employee discounts and staff incentives, company pension, and on-site parking.
