About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Programme Manager to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and management of the curriculum for the Motor Vehicles department, working closely with the Head of Department for Engineering and Motor Vehicles, and the Assistant Principal.

As a Programme Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving student progress towards successful completion, ensuring the smooth operation of the department, and implementing strategies to improve Motor Vehicles and Engineering at Windsor Forest Colleges Group.

We are looking for someone who is inspirational, passionate, and capable of supporting learners both academically and pastorally, building student morale and discipline, and helping them to realise their hopes and aspirations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the curriculum for the Motor Vehicles department
  • Work closely with the Head of Department for Engineering and Motor Vehicles, and the Assistant Principal
  • Drive student progress towards successful completion
  • Implement strategies to improve Motor Vehicles and Engineering at Windsor Forest Colleges Group
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Teaching Qualification of at least Level 4
  • Exceptional delivery and efficient management of the teaching programme within your areas of competence
  • Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in education or a related field
