About the Role

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead the foundation department on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake quality improvement activities to support the needs of the curriculum area, ensuring high standards and student satisfaction.
  • Develop the curriculum offer to meet the evolving needs of students and employers, driving academic excellence and relevance.
  • Contribute to the College's planning, marketing, and promotional activities to maximize recruitment in the curriculum area, leveraging industry and academic developments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry and academic advancements, informing strategic decisions.
