About the Role
Windsor Forest Colleges is seeking a skilled Apprenticeship Programme Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position, and we are looking for someone who can work effectively with apprentices, employers, and awarding bodies.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in working with apprentices, employers, and awarding bodies. They should also have knowledge of additional learning support for apprentices and be able to effectively manage apprentice well-being and behaviour. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a range of benefits, including 30 days annual leave, career progression opportunities, access to subsidised leisure courses, and a defined benefit pension scheme.
