We are seeking an Apprenticeship Coordinator to join our team at the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus. As an Apprenticeship Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting apprentices in their off-the-job training hours.

Job Description

This role is responsible for:

  • Monitoring and supporting apprentices' off-the-job training hours

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience working with apprentices, employers, and awarding bodies
  • Knowledge of additional learning support for apprentices
  • Ability to effectively manage apprentice well-being and behaviour
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills

The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
