Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a high-performing team to promote high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment;
- Developing and implementing quality improvement activities to support the curriculum area;
- Collaborating with staff to foster a culture of self-assessment and continuous improvement;
- Contributing to the College's planning, marketing, and promotional activities to maximize recruitment;
- Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment and safeguarding student welfare;
- Staying up-to-date with industry and academic developments to inform curriculum design and delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree and teaching certification;
- Strong leadership skills and experience in curriculum development, quality assurance, and team management;
- A passion for education and a commitment to creating a stimulating learning environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
