Special Educational Needs Director

We are seeking an experienced Lead Therapist to join our team at Pulse Healthcare. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in operational management within therapies and a proven ability to lead a team.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the clinical caseload and lead the therapy team.
- Develop and implement effective therapy strategies in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team.
- Optimize therapy services to meet the unique needs of each pupil.
- Ensure financial and resource management within the therapies department meets organizational objectives.
- Promote continuous professional development and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- HCPC registration
- Leadership experience in operational management within therapies
- Deep understanding of ABA principles and inclusive education
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

We estimate the salary range to be £56,000 - £64,000, taking into account your experience and qualifications.
