Therapeutic Services Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Therapeutic Services Coordinator to join our team. This role involves working with children who have experienced trauma, providing individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborating with care teams to develop effective support strategies.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each child. This will involve working closely with the Health and Wellbeing Team to provide training and support, as well as contributing to the development of personalized plans of support.
Key Skills and Qualifications- A UKCP/BACP-registered counsellor with a level 4 qualification or above.
- Significant experience working with children in a psychology or counselling setting.
- Excellent knowledge of trauma and attachment theories, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
