Job Title: Trading Application Support Specialist

At Winston Fox, we are seeking a skilled Trading Application Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office Trading Support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our trading systems, ensuring seamless execution of trades, and contributing to the development of our trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert-level support for our trading applications, including FIX, SQL, and scripting
* Collaborate with our development team to resolve complex technical issues
* Develop and maintain documentation for our trading systems
* Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of experience in a Front Office Trading Application Support role
* Strong knowledge of UNIX, SQL, and Bash/PowerShell/cmdshell
* Familiarity with FIX Protocol and Market Data/ECNs
* Experience with Monitoring Tools, JIRA, and Confluence
