Job Title: Application Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at Trading Technologies. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and support tickets, addressing product-related queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Software Release Management: Manage software releases to customers, ensuring seamless implementation and follow-up.
  • Client Integration and Configuration: Assist clients in integrating our products, manage import/export tasks, and oversee client onboarding.
  • Training and Demonstrations: Conduct training sessions for IT personnel and end-users, demonstrate product functionality, and create and maintain documentation and training materials.
  • Project Management, Analysis, and Client Liaison: Manage project scope and delivery, understand and meet customer requirements.
  • Deployment and Maintenance: Review open items regularly, assess customers' needs, and advise on potential upgrades and additional features to improve their product experience and output.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in the Financial Future Derivatives sector.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Background: Analytical background with the ability to take requirements from inception to delivery.
