About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our Umbrella Functional Consulting & Support Team in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT application support, maintenance, and second/third line support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve IT application incidents, service requests, and problems promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Service Centre to resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Liaise with IT suppliers to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Monitor availability, performance, and throughput of applications.
  • Prioritize and schedule support tasks.
  • Provide ad-hoc training to end-users.
  • Ensure capacity, availability, security, and support requirements are considered in changes.
Requirements
  • FNZ Figaro (essential)
  • Salesforce (preferred)
  • SQL Server Management Studio (preferred)
  • Objectif Lune PlanetPress (preferred)
  • INVU Document Management (preferred)
  • WhereScape/Data Warehouse (desirable)
  • Experience applying software release management techniques.
  • Experience completing application testing.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role in the financial services sector.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation or demonstrable experience working in an ITIL aligned environment.
  • Experience with an IT Service Management tool such as Service Now, JIRA or IVANTI would be highly beneficial.
  • Skilled in IT problem diagnosis and resolution.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000, a competitive pension, bonus, and other benefits. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment with a flexible working arrangement of 3 days on site in Central London and 2 days working from home.
