About the Role

As a Customer and Trading Manager at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our convenience stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and a positive in-store experience.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including stock levels, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
