Internal Communications Specialist

At TD SYNNEX, we're looking for a skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our UK&I business. As a key member of our Internal Communications team, you'll play a vital role in bringing our organisation's strategy to life for our co-workers. Your expertise in working closely with internal stakeholders and making business news engaging and easy-to-understand will be invaluable in this role.

As an Internal Communications Specialist, you'll support the Internal Communications Manager on a variety of project-related tasks, including the creation and delivery of internal communications and related projects. You'll also be responsible for maintaining and updating our Intranet site (MS Sharepoint 10) and creating and managing digital signage content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and delivery of internal communications and related projects.
  • Maintain and update our Intranet site (MS Sharepoint 10).
  • Create and manage digital signage content.

Requirements:

  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Accurate and efficient communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Time and workload management skills, including the ability to work under pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools, including Canva (or similar graphic design tool), and content management systems such as MS Sharepoint 10.
  • Video production skills (end-to-end capture and post-production).
