Basingstoke, Hampshire, United Kingdom TD SYNNEX Full time

Our fast-paced and dynamic Internal Communications team is at the heart of our UK&I business. We bring our organisation's strategy to life for our co-workers and ensure they're always informed, educated, and engaged. To succeed in this role, you'll need expertise in working closely with internal stakeholders of all levels of seniority and making business news easy-to-understand and compelling, using your natural flair for creativity.

As an essential member of the team and the wider HR team, you'll support the Internal Communications Manager on a variety of project-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the creation and delivery of internal communications and related projects.
  • Maintaining and updating our Intranet site (MS Sharepoint 10).
  • Creating and managing digital signage content.

You'll need:

  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Accurate and efficient communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Time and workload management skills, including the ability to work constructively under pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools, including Canva (or similar graphic design tools), and content management systems such as MS Sharepoint 10.
  • Video production skills (end-to-end capture and post-production).

This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real difference and get deeply involved with employee engagement, benefits campaigns, our Great Place to Work strategy, as well as supporting regular activities led by our employee groups who represent our efforts to promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI) work environment.

At TD SYNNEX, we're dedicated to staying ahead of the curve and embracing change that will shape the future. We believe in empowering our people, providing autonomy, and delivering excellent customer service to drive progress and redefine what's possible.

We prioritize the wellbeing, growth, and inclusivity of our diverse workforce. Joining our team requires your dedication to being part of a company with an unwavering commitment to our values of inclusion, collaboration, integrity, and excellence, fostering a supportive work environment in which every voice is valued, and ideas are encouraged to flourish.

We're passionate about our people and the environment. Year-on-year, we've reduced energy consumption in our UK offices by 19.2% - all of which means less carbon footprint and a more efficient TD SYNNEX UK&I.

If you're excited about working for our company and believe you're a good fit for this role, we encourage you to apply. You may be exactly the person we're looking for.

We can offer you:

  • A value-based culture - all of our employees live by our shared core values, which in turn brings everyone together in a collaborative culture with a real sense of community.
  • Access to an online learning portal to help you progress and develop your skillset further.
  • An outstanding benefits package, including private healthcare, matched pension, holiday purchase scheme, increased holiday entitlement with service, enhanced maternity package (subject to eligibility), and additional 'moments that matter' paid time off.
  • A hybrid working environment.
  • Benchmarked salary and progression paths.
