In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting the TD SYNNEX brand in the UK&I and supporting the HR function to create differentiation for TD SYNNEX's employer branding.

As an External Communications Manager, you'll create and execute an annual omni-channel external comms plan to support the TD SYNNEX brand, working closely with the marketing director and marketing events team to support TD SYNNEX-led customer and vendor events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and executing an annual omni-channel external comms plan to support the TD SYNNEX brand
  • Working closely with the marketing director and marketing events team to support TD SYNNEX-led customer and vendor events
  • Building a strong relationship with TD SYNNEX sales teams to understand the different customer segments and personas
  • Collaborating with internal communications team to share relevant content for internal audience
  • Working closely with vendor marketing teams to ensure the appropriate inclusion of TD SYNNEX value messaging into vendor marketing activities

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and convey necessary information
  • Ability to converse and write effectively in English and other local/regional language
  • Ability to interact effectively with higher levels of management
  • Understanding, communication, and collaboration with people across various identities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
  • Maintenance and promotion of social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities
  • Maintenance of confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Collaboration and building solid, effective working relationships with others
