About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Specialist to join our team in providing community rehabilitation services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with service users to regain their independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide practical hands-on support and verbal guidance to service users in regaining their ability to manage daily tasks safely and independently.
  • To assist service users in developing their confidence and self-esteem through encouragement and positive reinforcement.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required by the Reablement Service.

Requirements:

  • A caring personality and attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other professionals.
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with vulnerable individuals.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £23,000 - £24,000 per annum (pro rata).
