Sales Director Job Description:
AirSearch seeks a highly motivated Sales Director to lead our Hyperscale sales efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and analyzing demand for Data Center requirements. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a proven track record in selling to Hyperscalers, strong relationship-building skills, and commercial acumen with knowledge of financial measures. You should also be proficient in contract negotiations and able to communicate effectively at all levels. About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join AirSearch as a Sales Director. We are seeking a skilled professional who can drive sales growth by understanding customer needs and setting high-quality standards. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers and stakeholders to deliver excellent results. Your ability to close deals and communicate effectively at all levels will be crucial in achieving our business objectives. In addition to your sales expertise, you will also need to analyze available data and probe for deeper understanding to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Hyperscale clients
* Analyze demand for Data Center requirements and provide accurate forecasts
* Collaborate with the Legal team to negotiate contracts and agreements
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform business decisions
