We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at our Children's Home in the North West of England.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and caring for our young people, as well as overseeing the effective implementation of care and independence programmes.

You will work closely with our staff team to ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained, and that our young people receive the best possible outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support and care for our young people
  • Oversee the effective implementation of care and independence programmes
  • Line manage a small staff team
  • Manage shift patterns on a rota basis

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
  • Experience working with vulnerable children
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
