About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and friendly individual to join our team as a Bank Residential Support Worker. As a member of our team, you will provide emotional support to our young people, some of whom may display disruptive behaviors, emotional, and social difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day activities such as getting the young people washed, dressed, and out to school.
  • Take the young people on days out, including theme parks, bowling alleys, cinemas, and zoos.
  • Actively safeguard and promote the welfare of the children.
  • Undertake housekeeping and maintain standards of hygiene within the home.
  • Support the Registered Home Manager to ensure a warm and nurturing environment is delivered and developed in line with Aspris' core values.
