Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the growth of Strathberry, a global company. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact, with projected revenue increases of over 50% in the next three years.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day financial management, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support commercial decisions and strategy. This includes review and analysis of monthly management accounts, implementing and managing annual budgets, and preparation and submission of statutory accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit statutory accounts, including liaison with external accountants.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cash flow management.
  • Review and analyze monthly management accounts, providing detailed reports to support commercial decisions.
  • Provide line management and ongoing mentoring of Finance team members.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS) with 3-5 years PQE.
  • Experience within a similar role, preferably with a small Finance team.
  • Highly accurate and meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to look at the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and flexible management style.
Salary Range

£60,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
