Sales Pipeline Development Manager

We are seeking a Sales Pipeline Development Manager to join our growing team at Antony James Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining the sales pipeline, including profiling potential customers and assessing their fit with operations
- Using data to recommend pipeline priorities and updating Salesforce as required
- Leading and managing winning proposals, coordinating tender responses across teams to meet bid requirements
- Overseeing the bid process from project planning through to final approval, integrating market insights and managing timelines
