Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Director to join our team at MediaCom. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering programmatic campaigns across our clients' accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the programmatic accounts of your team, ensuring timely and effective optimization of campaigns.
  • Coordinate with your team to fulfill client deliverables, including weekly reporting, project management, and innovation.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of programmatic platforms and act as an expert advisor to clients.
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Oversee the development of testing plans and campaign actions.
  • Contribute to the regional programmatic strategy and goals.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, particularly DV360 and Google Ads.
  • Proven line management skills, with experience managing a team and guiding direct reports.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for digital media and online advertising industry trends.
  • Experience with running large-scale DSP and PMP programs.
