Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Programmatic Director to join our team at Shape Recruitment. As a Programmatic Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Operations and Head of Client Service to deliver advanced digital advertising campaigns for a range of brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Operations and Head of Client Service in delivering advanced digital advertising campaigns
  • Oversee an Account Manager and Account Executive
  • Take ownership of several key senior client accounts, including client relationship management and account growth
  • Develop and implement programmatic display and video campaigns with a clear testing approach and actionable analysis to drive results for clients
  • Support Account Executives/Managers with training and day-to-day tasks across a variety of accounts
  • Establish relationships with publishers to secure guaranteed and private marketplace deals
  • Drive forward programmatic strategy, including partnering with data providers and creative partners to gain access to the best audiences and creative formats possible
  • Maintain digital plans and financials to ensure all data is accurate and in line with client requirements
  • Contribute to the business' evolving approach to performance marketing best practice, by keeping abreast of new developments within the digital advertising space and making recommendations to both internal teams and clients regarding trends and techniques

Requirements:

  • An extensive background in planning and buying programmatic campaigns
  • Strong previous experience with data analysis, including data management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Salary depending on experience, up to £55,000 + bonus
