We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Director to lead our programmatic teams across various global clients. As a Programmatic Director, you will be responsible for planning and strategizing programmatic campaigns, managing a team in the UK and offshore, and being the client lead for any client communications or queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute programmatic strategies for top clients
- Manage programmatic activation and lead a team of programmatic specialists
- Provide expert guidance on programmatic best practices and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in programmatic technology
Requirements:
- Proven experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong understanding of DV360, Trade Desk, and Amazon
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
