Job Description

**SQL Database Developer (Markit EDM)**

We are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled SQL Database Developer to join our team at Client Server, a leading provider of technology solutions to the investment management industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance databases using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and T-SQL
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of database solutions with business applications
  • Develop and implement data models, database schema, and data warehousing solutions
  • Optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2.1 at BSc from a top-tier university in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • Strong experience with SQL database development, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and T-SQL
  • Proficiency in a software engineering language, such as C#
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
