We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care for young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team to deliver outstanding care in line with Ofsted regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, ensuring professional development.
- Implement care plans and maintain high-quality practices that promote independence and positive outcomes for children.
- Liaise with external agencies, parents, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the home.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding practices and regulatory frameworks, including Reg 44/45 visits.
- At least 2 years of experience in a residential children's care setting.
- Proven track record in leadership and management.
- Dedication to creating a safe, nurturing environment for young people.
