About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Residential Childcare Manager to lead one of our clients children's homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the home to maintain a safe, secure, and caring environment for all children.
  • Ensure the safeguarding of children is a priority and any concerns are reported immediately.
  • Implement recommendations from Ofsted and Regulation 44 visits.
  • Collaborate with our therapeutic team to ensure each child's plan meets their unique needs.
  • Oversee the recruitment and supervision of staff, ensuring excellence in care and development.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a children's residential setting.
  • 1 year of management experience.
