Fire and Security Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Project Manager to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering fire and security projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage fire and security projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Lead a team of project engineers and technicians to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Conduct site visits, meetings, and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Monitor and control project costs, resources, and timelines to ensure optimal project performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior fire and security project management role.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems, including Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec, Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems, Paxton, PAC, and Salto.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
