Job Title: Fire and Security Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Project Manager to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering fire and security projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage fire and security projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Lead a team of project engineers and technicians to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior fire and security project management role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems, including Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec, Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems, and Paxton, PAC, Salto.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
