Fire and Security Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Project Manager to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering fire and security projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage fire and security projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project progress and address any issues.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in fire and security project management, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems, including fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
