We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Project Manager to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering fire and security projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage fire and security projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in fire and security project management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems, including Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec, Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems, and Paxton, PAC, Salto.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and attend meetings as required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
