Job Title: Fire & Security New Business Development Manager

Marlowe Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Fire & Security New Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company's brand and sell fire & security products within an allocated geographical area, ensuring achievement of an agreed target.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the fire and security industry, generating new sales opportunities for all Marlowe Fire & Security products.
  • Attend appointments to sell the company's products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction of service delivery, and representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Collate appropriate information to present performance data and ensure all correct documentation is utilised.
  • Constantly attain agreed targets based upon new business and additional revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
  • Build and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, mainly around service contracts.
  • A strong network of contacts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
