Fire & Security Project Manager - Midlands

We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering fire and security projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage fire and security projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and sub-contractors to ensure effective project planning and execution.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve technical and contractual issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior fire and security project management role.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems, including Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec, Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems, and Paxton, PAC, Salto.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and sub-contractors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
