National Sales Manager Role

This is a senior sales position covering the entire UK, focusing on building products and roofing solutions.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with field sales experience in the building products/roofing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts within roofing/builders merchants and contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting a range of pitched roofing solutions to builders merchants and contractors.
  • Leading a team of area sales managers and internal sales personnel.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Selling 90% to merchants such as SIG, MKM, Jewson, Travis Perkins, Eurocell, Huws Gray and 10% to contractors and architects.
  • Travelling extensively, approximately 70% of working time.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Field sales experience in the building products/roofing sector.
  • People management experience.
  • A strong network of contacts within the industry.
  • A 'go-getter' attitude and willingness to travel frequently.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,500 - £62,500 plus 25% bonus, company car, private medical healthcare, life insurance, and 24 days holiday.
