Development and Fundraising Officer

The Royal Hospital School is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development and Fundraising Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Development Office, you will play a crucial role in advancing our fundraising goals and building strong relationships with donors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Donor Development and Fundraising: Identify, cultivate, and secure regular and major gifts, while developing strategies to grow our base of legacy donors.
  2. Donor Stewardship: Ensure our donors feel valued through personalized communication, recognition programs, and well-organized events.
  3. Data Management and Analysis: Maintain accurate donor records, analyze data to identify trends, and prepare detailed reports on fundraising activities.
  4. Event Planning and Engagement: Plan and execute donor events, collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless experience.
  5. Reporting and Communication: Keep the Head of Community and Alumni Relations informed of progress, prepare reports for leadership, and contribute to donor communications.
