East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Philanthropy Manager to join their vibrant and busy fundraising team. This is a full-time position, but applicants seeking 30+ hours are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and grow the major giving strategy at East Anglia's Children's Hospices.
- Manage and develop high-level relationships with new and existing donors, including personally soliciting and stewarding five and six-figure gifts from donors.
- Work closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships and Director of Fundraising and Communications to develop, implement, and support the delivery of the major supporters strategy.
- Steward existing major supporters and acquire new donors.
- Design and implement a program of special events to engage with new high-value individuals and influencers and existing major supporters.
- Build excellent collaborative relationships with colleagues from across the organization in support of fundraising initiatives to maximize income and awareness for EACH.
- Liaise with the Marketing and Communications team, write or commission copy for any marketing material.
- Keep up-to-date on best practice within the charity sector with a focus on major supporters, highlighting trends and insights that could inform planning and support the team with the development of new ideas and practices.
- Manage two major supporters fundraisers.

- Ensure the respect, dignity, and rights to privacy of children, young people, and their families as far as possible.
