Research Hub Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Hub Manager to join our team at Venn Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the Hub grant, its budgets and accounts, and will coordinate and distribute financial progress reports as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing scientific or industrial projects, as well as a strong understanding of research grant funding. They will also be responsible for maintaining the communication, budget management, and administrative structure for the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the engagement with the sponsors, the grant's academic partners and other stakeholders from industry, academia, and government.
- Coordinate the quarterly and annual project reports and provide financial advice and support to the relevant academic staff and students.
- Support the Hub's public engagement and online presence.
- Maintain proactive management of the Hub's social media presence, including populating portals to include calls for seed funding, newsletters, job adverts etc.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the group's research web pages and social media output.
