Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses make informed decisions about their energy needs.
Your main responsibility will be to build and manage a portfolio of clients, establishing long-term relationships as their trusted energy adviser. You will work closely with clients to understand their energy requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Buidling and managing a personal portfolio of clients
- Establishing long-term relationships with clients
- Helping clients make informed decisions about their energy needs
- Growing our client base through proactive outreach
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven B2B sales experience
- High motivation and ability to make around 100-120 calls per day
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum (OTE), depending on experience.
