We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team in Leicester. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities. This role comes with a competitive base salary of up to £45,000 + uncapped commission.

About the Job
  • Pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory, leveraging your knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and achieve sales targets through effective sales process management.
  • Use CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively position our products in the market.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
