We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our vibrant sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets and revenue goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
  • Report sales activities, achievements, and forecasts to sales managers or supervisors
  • Attend sales meetings and training to stay updated on company policies and business practices

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong telephone manner and negotiation skills
  • Possess a target-driven mindset and a commitment to excellence

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)
  • An uncapped commission structure, providing unlimited earning potential
