Marketing Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our dynamic team at William Reed. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing market-leading digital marketing campaigns for our B2B events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive high-value entrants, delegates, and sponsorship to our events.
  • Identify key audiences within our relevant markets and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze website traffic and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using web analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of marketing principles.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle concurrent projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop/XD or similar.
  • Familiarity with HTML, email marketing, and web analytics is an advantage.
