About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dine Contract Catering. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and sustainability
  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and quality
  • Monitor inventory and manage kitchen supplies to maintain efficiency and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with our procurement team to source locally sourced, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a similar role
  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
  • Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
